Guy De Clercq
Began his career with four years in consulting at ADL before managing international projects for Engie in Paris, Brazil, Chile, and Mongolia. He now works as an independent developer and consultant, launching an entrepreneurial track within energy, utilities, desalination and renewables infrastructure.
Tim Vanroelen
Former Legal Manager at Renasci, freelance Legal Counsel at Oleon, Equans and legal manager at Emeria. Experienced in commercial, corporate, company and real estate law, European compliance (REACH, EUDR), IP protection and a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
Steve Desender
Experienced industrial engineer, played a crucial role in engineering the Renasci plant alongside Luc Desender.

Chemist with extensive experience as a patent attorney in sectors including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, feed, agriculture, and mining. Acting as IP Director for Carbon Upcycling Technologies.

Leveraging his financial background, Nick ascended to the role of operating manager/ Plant manager, showcasing profound technical knowledge combined with operational/strategical leadership.
Nick Desender
With over 20 years of experience in Waste Management—focusing on Waste to Energy, alternative fuels, and plastics & chemical recycling—Rogier brings deep expertise in innovative projects and a global network. Most recently, he led commercial activities and communication at AEB, Europe’s largest waste incineration plant in Amsterdam.
Rogier Masselink
Former Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Professor of Public Law at Ghent University. He played a key role in major reforms such as the IPO of Belgacom and the introduction of private capital into Bpost.
As a lawyer at the Ghent Bar, he advises private enterprises on legal and strategic matters.

Has a broad spectrum of experience ranging from R&D engineering to COO of the Beaulieu International group and acted as the site manager of the Renasci Oostende site.
